About the Position:

The Helpdesk Technician position is responsible for the help desk ticket triage and day-to-day tier 1 Desktop and Application support of our organization in the US and India. The position will report to our IT Operations Team Lead.

Daily activities will be driven primarily by requests submitted by internal employees or our internal monitoring systems so this individual must be able to triage concurrent incoming requests to ensure the tickets are addressed according to business priority and/or are routed to the appropriate teams for resolution. The Demand Planning Lead will be responsible for leading a development team in the implementation and configuration of the Avercast software. About The Position and Our Team:

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization’s systems, applications, and data from cyber threats. Daily, you will work closely with other IT teams to design, implement, and manage security solutions that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our network infrastructure.  
Your primary responsibilities will include working with the Director of Information Security and DevOps Team to assist in securing our organization. You will monitor systems and networks for potential security threats and vulnerabilities, and proactively take steps to prevent cyber-attacks. You will also work with other IT teams to implement security policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.  
In addition to your daily operational duties, you will also be involved in security projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing our organization’s overall security posture. This may include conducting security assessments to identify weaknesses in our network infrastructure, recommending remediation actions, and implementing new security technologies and tools. As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity and network security technologies. In the event of a security incident, you will be responsible for assisting in the response to quickly mitigate the impact and assist with forensic investigations as needed.

About the Position: 

The IT Operations Specialist position is responsible for the help desk ticket triage and day-to-day tier 1 Desktop and Application support of our organization in the US and India. The position will report to our IT Operations Team Lead. Daily activities will be driven primarily by requests submitted by internal employees or our internal monitoring systems so this individual must be able to triage concurrent incoming requests to ensure the tickets are addressed according to business priority and/or are routed to the appropriate teams for resolution. Timelines must be met, and unresolvable issues must be escalated and followed up on till completion.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Solve or Triage service desk tickets mainly related to job failures, incidents, and user desktop support.  
  • Operation tasks inside of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure  
  • Manage security incidents using a combination of tools like Office 365, Mimecast and Manage Engine  
  • Create effective documentation on processes and issue resolution.

About The Position and Our Team:  

As a Parcel Auditor you will be working with the Parcel Operations Support Team based out here in Pune. You will be responsible for the general processing of carrier claims on behalf of our customers as assigned. This includes both filing claims and performing the transaction in the system, as well as conducting any research necessary to file such claims.

  • Files and follows up on standard carrier claims using applicable methodology prioritizing for time sensitivity.
